The Peconic Estuary Partnership (PEP) is pleased to announce the 2023 Mini-Grant
Funding Opportunity for projects in the Peconic Estuary and Watershed. PEP invites
organizations to apply for a 2023 PEP Mini Grant to implement a project that assists in
accomplishing PEP’s 2020 Comprehensive Conservation Management Plan (CCMP) goal of
Prioritizing Resilient Communities Prepared for Climate Change within the Peconic watershed.
This goal seeks to help local communities take meaningful, well-informed action to
prepare for, and adapt to climate change impacts in the Peconic Estuary. For more
specific information on PEP goals and watershed delineation, please see the PEP’s 2020
CCMP; Actions 10-15. Projects that include PEP’s ongoing focus on inclusion, diversity, equity
and access (IDEA) are encouraged.
