In efforts to bring together key stakeholders with interests in the potential establishment of a kelp aquaculture industry on Long Island, we invite you to attend an informational meeting on Monday, December 11, 2017, from 6pm-8pm. The meeting will be held at Cornell Cooperative Extension’s Education Center, First Floor Conference Room, 423 Griffing Avenue, Riverhead, New York.

 

This meeting will highlight CCE Marine Program’s work on the Peconic Estuary Kelp Aquaculture Feasibility Study, funded by the Suffolk County Water Quality Protection and Restoration Program and Land Stewardship Initiative.
