The Environmental Quality Incentives Program (EQIP) Air
Quality Initiative is a voluntary conservation program that provides
financial and technical assistance to farmers seeking innovative ways to
reduce emissions from their farming operations. This initiative was authorized under the Food, Conservation and Energy Act
